This is also a great location for beach lovers as it is only 15 minutes from the tourist towns and famous surfing areas of Tamarindo and close to Playa Grande as well as the Gold Coast areas of Flamingo Beach and Potrero Beach which are great for swimming and relaxing.

Organic fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds can be ordered in once per week along with fresh young coconuts daily.

The house has a spacious living room and kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, an outdoor bar area, washer and dryer, high speed wireless internet, TV set with access to Netflix with your computer, air conditioner, and of course a pool to dip in and cool off from the warm climate of the tropics.
